All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances except as expressly stated below.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Refunds are issued only if the product received is:

Customers must notify us at support@shoplunarelief.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide sufficient evidence (including photos or documentation) to support the claim.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to require the return of the item or deny claims submitted outside the stated timeframe.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may exercise their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, except where legally exempt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
